TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Global Lead Marketing, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing leads, submitting payment information, paying an invoice, signing any agreement, checking any authorization box, or continuing to receive leads, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Global Lead Marketing, Inc. provides lead generation and digital marketing services only.
A “lead” is defined as an inbound phone call or electronic inquiry from a potential customer requesting towing, roadside assistance, mobile mechanic services, or junk car removal.
Leads are generated through online advertising efforts, which may include Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
The Company is a marketing provider only and does not:

Purchase vehicles

Perform towing, roadside, or mechanic services

Participate in transactions between Client and consumers
2. Lead Delivery & Billability
A lead is considered delivered and billable when:

A phone call is successfully connected and forwarded to Client’s designated number; or

An electronic inquiry is transmitted via SMS, email, or web form.
Delivery does not depend on:
-
Whether Client answers the call
-
Call duration
-
Customer conversion
-
Vehicle condition
-
Title status
-
Service distance
-
Job outcome
Missed calls, unanswered calls, short-duration calls, repeat callers, competitor inquiries, price inquiries, or non-converted inquiries remain billable.
Advertising platforms are not 100% geographically or service-type accurate. Leads outside Client’s preferred area remain billable.
3. Pricing
Lead pricing and service fees are agreed separately in writing (including text message, email, invoice, or onboarding confirmation).
All pricing is based on agreed rates and charged per delivered lead.
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.
4. Payment Authorization & Recurring Billing
By providing payment information, Client expressly authorizes the Company to:

Store payment credentials securely

Process recurring merchant-initiated charges

Bill daily for leads already delivered
Charges may vary depending on lead volume.
Billing is automatic and ongoing unless properly canceled.
Client represents and warrants that the payment method provided is owned by Client or properly authorized for business use.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of services.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Once a lead has been delivered as defined above, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation requires written notice exclusively via text message to:

Cancellation requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
Leads delivered prior to cancellation remain billable.
7. Dispute & Chargebacks
Client agrees to contact the Company directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a credit card dispute.
Chargebacks shall not be used as a substitute for dispute resolution.
8. Legal Compliance
Client agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to vehicle purchases, towing operations, roadside services, mobile mechanic services, and consumer protection.
Client is solely responsible for all transactions and services performed for customers obtained through Company leads.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to the Company in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Company and Client.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Acceptance
By submitting payment, signing any agreement, or continuing to receive leads, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in full.
